What is Firefix?
Firefix repairs some of the default Mozilla Firefox "DDE Exec" settings in the Windows Registry for URL, HTML, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP and Gopher, with the option to revert back to factory defaults.

URL File Problems
Set Firefox as the default web browser.
Close Firefox.
Right click on your desktop and create a new shortcut.
In the location field enter: http://sodpit.com/
For the name enter: sodpit
Double click the sodpit link.
The page opens, but only after this error:

URL Email Link Problems
Set Firefox as the default web browser.
Close Firefox.
Send yourself an email with a link to http://sodpit.com/ in the message body.
Open your email client and click the sodpit link.
The page opens, but only after displaying a "locate link browser" dialog:
